Options for sending us your images and report

We have made it easy for you to share your scan (MRI and/or CT) and radiology report with us by offering the following options:

Upload the files yourself.

If your doctor or clinic has provided you with a CD, DVD or Flash drive with your results then you can upload them yourself.

Have your radiology center upload on your behalf.

If your radiology site is a Mediphany partner site then they will be able to upload your scan and report for you.

Share your online portal details.

If you have access to your scan and report via an online portal then you can simply share your login details so that we can access your results.

What happens after I make payment?

Once payment is completed you will be sent through to a screen where you will be able to upload your radiology images and radiology report. You will also be given the option to ask any questions you have before submitting through to our team to complete the video report.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment using all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club International, American Express as well as Google Pay.

Is it safe to make payment?

Very safe. We use Stripe as our payment platform which is trusted by millions of businesses across the globe, including fortune 500 companies.

How long do video reports take?

Express reports will be completed in 24 hours or less, and Standard reports will be completed in under 72 hours. We can only begin working on your video report once we have received your radiology images and radiology report.

Is my medical information safe?

Yes, absolutely. Our systems have been developed from the start with security in mind and we ensure that we are HIPAA compliant for maximum security. Nobody outside of Mediphany will be able to view your video report or imaging files unless you have invited them to do so.

What if I don’t have my radiology files?

If you don’t have the radiology images and/or radiology report from your clinic yet, you can reach out to our team via info@mediphany.com and we will gladly assist with sourcing the images on your behalf once you have made payment.
